B&M is set to open a new 30,000sq ft store in Manchester’s Arndale centre later this year.
The discount retailer will take over the unit previously occupied by Wilko, which closed last October when it fell into administration.
The city centre store is notable for B&M, which generally trades from retail park locations. Consumers will be able to shop the retailer’s comprehensive range of home goods, groceries and electronics, alongside its seasonal lines at the store.
