The worlds largest commercial real estate firm CBRE has appointed Warren Ashwood to its UK Property and Asset Management (PAM) business as a Director.
Ashwood, who joins from real estate company Cushman & Wakefield where he was a Partner, has over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate.
He will report into John Prestwich, Head of Retail Management of UK PAM.
As part of the move, Ashwood will be joined by Richard Robinson, also from Cushman & Wakefield, who will join CBRE as a Senior Surveyor.
Prestwich commented: “We are delighted that Warren has joined our team. Warren is immensely experienced and has a wealth of contacts within the retail industry.”
