Pandora hands store staff up to 14% pay rise

Pandora has raised its hourly pay for store colleagues in the UK and Ireland by up to 14% and introduced a host of new staff incentives.

The recent pay increase, which came into effect earlier this month, is the third one from the jewellery retailer in the past 12 months.

Retail employees in London have seen their hourly pay rise by 10% to £11.95, while store colleagues across the rest of the UK have seen a 14% increase to £10.90 and team member in Ireland, a 12% boost to £12.21 (€13.85).

Meanwhile, store management staff have received an average 12% salary increase.

Pandora has also introduced a raft of incentives for its staff including a monthly bonus for all store teams, a personal allowance for own-brand jewellery up to £500 as well as an opportunity to win a team holiday to Thailand.
