Superdrug is to move its headquarter operations, Retail Gazette can reveal.
The UK retailer’s office is currently based in South Croydon in an inconspicuous location, but will soon be found closer to Croydon station where employees and visitors will find it easier to reach.
It is understood that the health and beauty specialist will be formally announcing the move within the next two weeks, although employees have already been made aware.
This year Superdrug, owned by A.S Watson, will open 20 additional stores. For the year ended 27 December 2014 the business recorded operating profit for 2014 of £38.2m, up on the £25.8m operating profit of 2013, and the operating loss of £6.4m in 2012.
