New Look‘s innovation continues with Doddle partnership

FashionNews

Fashion retailer New Look has recently extended their partnership with Doddle to offer free collections and returns for its customers.

The high street retailer, who recently announced its latest venture in male only stores, aims to provide its customers with greater choice with their deliveries. Doddle parcel stores are predominantly located in and around train stations and are open early mornings until late. The recent partnership will allow New Look customers to purchase online and collect in Doddle stores as part of their commute.

The purple network of parcel stores has fitted a third of its physical spaces with changing rooms to allow customers to try on their clothing items and either wear them out or return them instantly. This means consumers are able to collect and return their purchases from Doddle in less than two minutes; both services of which are offered for free to New Look customers.

Danny Barrasso, New Look Managing Director in UK & ROI said: “With over 30% of New Look customers choosing to collect from our stores, we know there is a strong appetite for fast and convenient delivery options. Working with Doddle will give our customers a wider choice and enable them to select the option that best fits in with their routine.”

Tim Robinson, Doddle CEO added: “Retailers of all shapes and sizes need to be able to offer customers a range of convenient options for collection and returns so that customers can chose the one that suits them best.  We‘re delighted to have New Look on board; they are an early supporter of Doddle and are a prime example of a large retailer putting customer choice and convenience front and centre.”
