Supermodel Kate Moss is to return to high-street store Topshop next April and will design a new collection for the retailer.

Having designed for the Sir Philip Green owned store between May 2007 and November 2010, Moss is said to have already started work on the range, which will be sold in 40 countries and on Topshop.com.

“I am personally thrilled that Kate wanted to come back to Topshop to work with us again,” commented Green. “The first time around was such a lot of fun, and she has been sorely missed”.

Her first collection for Topshop in May 2007, for which she was reportedly paid around £3m, sparked a media frenzy.

Moss said: “I have really missed being involved in the design process, and working with the team at Topshop. Now more than ever, with London being at the forefront of fashion…it feels like I‘m back home working with Topshop.”
