Waitrose will support National Breast Cancer Awareness month by launching fresh pink pasta for the first time today.
The new Special Edition Beetroot and Goats’ Cheese Fiorelli is flavoured with pomegranate and mint and 10 pence from every pack sold will go towards Breast Cancer Care.
Waitrose pasta buyer, Andrea Watson, said: ‘We are very proud to be supporting Breast Cancer Care by launching this unique pasta. It gives our customers the chance to support such a worthy cause whilst also trying out a great new and incredibly pretty pasta dish.’
Waitrose has outperformed the grocery market of late and its market share now stands at 4.9 per cent, 0.3 per cent higher than a year ago.
