Real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has appointed Justin Taylor to lead its 450 strong European retail team across the EMEA region.
Taylor, who succeeds John Strachan in the role, joined the company in 1981 and has specialised in retail agency, occupier, development and shopping centre leasing across the UK and overseas throughout his career. He will oversee the EMEA retail leadership team comprising of senior experts including in France, Belgium, The Netherlands and Italy.
C&W who currently advises on more than 350 shopping centres in Europe was recently named joint property advisor on more than 1 million sq ft of retail and leisure space at Battersea Power Station.
