Ted Baker bolsters board with new appointments

Ted Baker has bolstered its board with the appointment of Anita Balchandani and Jennifer Roebuck as new non-executive directors.

In a statement, the upmarket fashion retailer said Balchandani and Roebuck will provide additional support in digital and “other related areas” for Ted Baker’s continued growth.

The duo joined the board on September 29.

Balchandani is a partner of OC&C Strategy Consultants and is currently a non-executive director at Majestic Wine and Space NK.

Roebuck is the co-founder of the REVL events app and has previously held senior marketing and ecommerce roles at French Connection and Warehouse.

Meanwhile,  Anne Sheinfield stepped down as a non-executive director after more than seven years.
