New online consumer behavior 2018 study shows why experiences matter

Our new ecommerce survey of 1,000 people looks at how consumers are buying online. One of the most interesting findings is that 92 percent of consumers don’t intend to buy the first time they visit a website. So what does this tell us?

Many ecommerce experiences focus heavily on getting visitors to go to the checkout. That’s important, but our survey shows that people also want to browse, compare and learn.
