PrettyLittleThing has joined the ranks of retailers that have partnered with clothes recycling app Regain.

The app – which already partners with Missguided, New Look, Oliver Bonas, Superdry, and PrettyLittleThing stablemate – allows users to donate unwanted clothes at pick-up points.

In return, they receive discount codes that can be used with Regain’s retail partners.

The ultimate aim of the app is to prevent unwanted clothes from heading to the landfill.

“UK we’ve partnered with [Regain] to encourage you to send back your old clothes in return for some amazing PLT discounts … let’s start making a difference together to protect our amazing planet,” PrettyLittleThing co-founder Umar Kamani said on Instagram.

The news comes after PrettyLittleThing’s parent company, Boohoo Group, were among a lit of retailers summoned by Commons Environmental Audit Committee over concerns regarding sustainability in the fashion industry.
