Kate Spade & Coach owner Tapestry appoints CFO

// Tapestry hires Joanne C. Crevoiserat as CFO
// Crevoiserat will join office August 1
// Kevin Wills resigned as CFO in February

The parent company of Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman, Tapestry, has appointed Joanne C. Crevoiserat as chief financial officer.

Crevoiserat will join office in August and will replace Kevin Wills, who resigned from the role in February.

Andrea Shaw Resnick held the position of interim CFO since Wills’ exit, and will continue as Tapestry’s global head of investor relations and corporate communications.

“Crevoiserat is a talented executive with over 30 years of deep finance, operations and strategy experience within established retailers and global brands,” Tapestry chief executive Victor Luis said.

“As we continue to implement our portfolio strategy, I am confident that she is the right leader and strategic business partner to our teams as we drive Tapestry’s next chapter of growth.”

Crevoiserat has worked at Abercrombie & Fitch as executive vice president and chief operating officer since 2017.
