The online fashion retailer said it will donate 25 per cent of all proceeds to the World Federation for Mental Health charity, which encourages mental health awareness, prevention of mental disorders, advocacy and recovery-focused interventions.

World Mental Health Day takes place on October 10.

Boohoo’s new initiatives have proven a success this year so far. In late September, it posted soaring profits and revenues in its half-year report.

Earlier this month, Boohoo, which acquired Karen Millen and Coast’s online business and IP rights as part of an £18.2 million pre-pack administration deal in early August, said it would relaunch Karen Millen and Coast as online-only retailers after they shut down a total of 32 stores in the UK on September 29.
