// Victoria Beckham hires Marie LeBlanc de Reynies as CEO
// LeBlanc de Reynies was previously MD of brand & product at the company
Victoria Beckham has appointed Marie LeBlanc de Reynies as the new chief executive with immediate effect.
LeBlanc de Reynies began her role at the former Spice Girl’s fashion brand and retailer in May 2018 where she served as product director before being promoted to managing director of brand and product in May 2019.
She will be replacing Paolo Riva, who left before completing his first year at the company.
Victoria Beckham had been left without a chief executive since Riva departed in July due to personal reasons.
The company has been run by chairman Ralph Toledano who took over as interim chief executive since.
Earlier this year it was reported that Victoria Beckham received £23 million in cash injections from David Beckham in recent years.
In 2017, the retailer reported that sales went up 17 per cent to £42.5 million while operating losses grew from £2 million to £10.2 million.
