Wood Wood opens first ever UK store in Soho

Shaftesbury has announced that Danish streetwear retailer Wood Wood has opened a flagship in Soho, London.

Danish streetwear retailer Wood Wood has opened its first UK store on Brewer street in Soho, London.

The opening comes after successful presentations during London Fashion Week Men’s and its sales showroom which has been in London since 2014.

The contemporary fashion retailer was founded in 2002 in Copenhagen, Denmark and already has stores in Denmark and Berlin.

Wood Wood hopes the Soho location will help it become a more integral part of the streetwear scene.

The store will also serve as a showroom and a creative space.

“English music and subcultures alongside the English iconic heritage of clothes and fashion have always been a huge source of inspiration for Wood Wood,” Wood Wood create director Karl Oskar-Olsen said.

“Not only within our collections but also in the way we create the output of our brand mix in our stores.”
