The online electricals retailer AO.com has launched a new category on its website specifically for health and beauty electrical products in time for the holiday period

Items available now include curlers and straighteners to beard trimmers, shavers and electric toothbrushes.

The retailer said customers purchasing the products will be able to take advantage of its price match promise offering that can be accessed even after seven days of receiving an item.

News of the category expansion follows AO’s announcement in July that it expects to be operating in five countries within the next five years, including its existing markets of the UK and Germany.

The company said investments made this year will support the ambition as it looks to more double the size of its business.
