Missguided halts online orders amid a raft of customers complaints

// Missguided’s website and app is no longer taking orders
// Administrator Teneo had been operating the website until Frasers Group takes it over in eight weeks, however a site maintenance message has now taken over the homepage

Missguided has halted orders on its website and app as customers complain about delayed deliveries and refunds.

The online retailer, which was bought out of administration by Frasers Group last week, had been trading throughout its collapse, however, today a website maintenance message takes over the homepage.

It reads:” Our maintenance pixies are currently working their magic on the site.
We’ll be back with you soon, in the meantime check out our blog or get help on an existing order through our customer care team.”

However, when customers click to the Customer Care link they are taken through to an error page.

Teneo, which was appointed as administrator for Missguided last Monday, is overseeing the fast fashion retailer’s operations for the next eight weeks, at which point Frasers Group will take over and run Missguided as a stand-alone brand.
