The result is the Metapack  Holiday Shopping Trends Report, highlighting customer buying sentiment ahead of the upcoming peak season rush.

58% of global shoppers plan to cut back on some, if not all, of their non-essential purchases this peak season. 

We’ve analyzed insight from over 8,000 shoppers and 800 retailers from the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy as well as the US, Canada and Australia, to identify consumers’ motivations and expectations in the face of the crisis.
