The Fragrance Shop had a record-breaking Christmas as sales soared.

Revenue jumped 6.5% during the quarter to 31 December, which the perfume retailer attributed to the success of its new fragrance launches as well as “key range extensions, a compelling gift set collection, and a strong showing of seasonal favourites”.

It added that its subscription programme, MyTFS, saw “a remarkable increase in memberships sold” with almost 1m members at the end of December.
