Superdry chief commercial officer Craig McGregor is leaving the business after four years.
McGregor’s departure comes as the fashion retailer awaits approval of its restructuring plan from shareholders.

McGregor joined Superdry in March 2020 as global retail director before being promoted to global commercial director in November 2022 and chief commercial officer in January this year.
He has previously worked as retail director at Wilko, Specsavers and Topshop, where he spent eight years leading its store strategy across the UK, US and Europe.
Superdry told the publication: “We are currently focused on the proposed restructuring plan designed to safeguard the future of Superdry. As per our standard policy we will not comment on any matters concerning individual personnel.”
The retailer said there are no other changes to its leadership team “at this stage” other than hiring Halfords IT director Dafydd Moore as technology director.
