Pretty Little Thing founder Umar Kamani has revealed a host of changes to its website, after returning to the brand earlier this month.
Posting on instagram, Kamani explained that “model size height” would be added back to product pages over the next few weeks and that it would continue its “reviews on blocked accounts with the intention to unblock more accounts this week”.
During the summer, Pretty Little Thing faced a backlash after it deactivated some customer accounts due to “unusual high returns activity”.
Kamani also flagged that product filters and navigation around the website would be improved during the coming days and weeks.
He explained: “Sizing, fits and quality are also all being worked on for improvements to all.
“I will continue to meet and speak to customers for constant improvements to the customer experience, products and all round PLT experience.”
Kamani returned to Pretty Little Thing earlier this month, vowing to make “exciting changes” and make the brand special again.
The founder, who stepped down last April, said his return marked “the beginning of a new chapter for the fashion giant” as he sought to “put customers at the forefront” of every business decision.
