Clarks has unveiled its 2025 Back to School collection, featuring 70% new product lines and the most affordable prices it has offered in over ten years, starting from just £28.
The footwear giant said its refreshed collection reflects it commitment to making high-quality school shoes more accessible for families across the UK.
This follows a December 2024 consumer survey that found Clarks rated highest among competitors for quality and fit, but with 24% of parents deterred by price.
The new offering includes classic Mary Jane styles such as the Dance Beam and Dance Wish, alongside the machine-washable Crafton Move trainers, designed for durability and comfort.
Clarks global head of product Dawn Porto said: “We’re incredibly excited about this year’s Back to School launch. We’ve listened carefully to our customers—they asked for affordable pricing, trend-led designs, and the same trusted quality. We’ve delivered on every point.”
The collection also boasts advanced features including ultra-breathable fabrics, flexible soles, and cushioned support ideal for active children.
Clarks’ Back to School campaign will launch nationally with TV advertising from 21 July. The range is available now in stores, online and through selected wholesale partners.
Meanwhile, John Lewis and M&S continue to hold prices on their school uniform ranges, with John Lewis freezing prices for the fourth consecutive year and M&S for the fifth, maintaining their focus on value ahead of the new school term.
