Fashion retailer AllSaints has appointed Sean Trend as its new chief financial office. He succeeds Elaine Deste, who is retiring after nearly six years in the role.
Trend joins from Asos, where he has spent the past eight years in several senior positions which have included director of finance, SVP of strategy insights, and SVP for North America.
Before Asos, he spent three years at Cancer Research UK, serving as group financial controller in his final year. He began his career in audit and advisory at Deloitte after graduating from the University of Bristol in 2010.
“AllSaints CEO Peter Wood said: “I am delighted to welcome Sean to our senior leadership team as CFO.
“He brings a fantastic mix of financial, operational and management experience, much of it within fashion and across our key regions. I’m confident he’ll play an integral role in delivering our long-term growth plans.”
Wood also paid tribute to Deste, saying her “rigour, professionalism and dedication” would be missed and thanking her for her “enormous contribution” since joining in 2020.
The leadership change follows a series of senior moves at the fashion retailer.
COO Catherine Scorey Jobling departed in October after almost seven years, while designer Aaron Esh is set to join as chief creative officer on 3 November 2025.
