Rituals managing director of UK and Ireland has revealed she is eager to expand the business’ Mind Oasis spa concept to further sites.
Speaking to Retail Week, Annemarie Forsyth said that before opening its first UK-based Mind Oasis spa on Oxford Street yesterday (20 November), its spa services had been booked up for the first five days.
Despite London being its first UK city to launch the concept, the exec said there was opportunity to expand it elsewhere.

She said: “We’ll follow customer demand and feedback and personally, I’d love to bring this concept to Dublin – that is in my future plans but nothing is in the works yet.
“The community in Ireland is so strong with great brand loyalty and awareness. I definitely want to bring the concept there, and in the north of England when the time is right.”
The retailer’s Mind Oasis, which launched its original location in Amsterdam, has various sites across many European cities.
The initiative blends “science-backed treatments with immersive design,” and offers visitors a “bold new way to unwind,” according to the luxury wellbeing brand.
