Crocs is stepping up its UK retail presence with two major store openings, including a new outlet at Caledonia Park in Scotland and its first full-price store in the UK at Westfield Stratford City.

The footwear brand has signed for a 1,754 sq ft outlet store at Caledonia Park, the Scottish designer outlet owned by Railpen, manager of the UK railways pension scheme.

Due to open in April, the new store will offer Crocs’ core and seasonal ranges for men, women and children, including its signature clogs, sandals and slides, alongside lined and weather-ready styles tailored to the Scottish market.

Shoppers will also be able to personalise purchases in-store through a dedicated Jibbitz charms offering.

The store will follow Crocs’ established outlet format, featuring illuminated walls, personalisation areas and the brand’s distinctive visual identity.

Its arrival will further strengthen Caledonia Park’s footwear, casualwear and family lifestyle offer, joining a line-up that includes Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

Maria Averkina, senior asset and development manager at Railpen, said: “Crocs is another strong addition to Caledonia Park. As a globally recognised brand with broad demographic appeal, it will further enhance our footwear and lifestyle offer.

“This signing reflects our proactive leasing strategy as we continue to curate a resilient and well-balanced mix of brands and best-in-class outlet operators.”

The signing comes as Caledonia Park also reports a string of renewals across the past 12 months, totalling more than 12,000 sq ft, including Superdry, The Cosmetics Company Store and Berghaus.

Alongside its outlet expansion, Crocs has also opened its first full-price UK store at Westfield Stratford City in east London, marking another milestone in the brand’s international growth strategy.

The 1,500 sq ft mainline store stocks Crocs’ full footwear and accessories collections for adults and children, spanning its Classic Clogs, sandals, seasonal launches, collaborations and Jibbitz charms.

According to the brand, the store features a refreshed floorplan designed to draw customers in through bold displays and fixtures that spotlight both core products and seasonal colourways.

Adrian Holloway, senior vice president and general manager of EMEA at Crocs, said the opening represented the next phase of the brand’s European growth plans.

He said: “Opening our first full-price Crocs store in UK marks the latest phase of our 2026 retail strategy aimed at scaling the brand in the most strategically important European markets.

“The Westfield Stratford City store is a physical touchpoint for consumers and will drive global brand heat and engagement through the main collections as well as strategic collaborations including our latest partnership with the Lego Group.”

The expansion comes as Crocs continues to invest heavily in international retail. The group said international revenues for the Crocs brand rose 11 per cent in fiscal 2025 to $1.6bn, following 19 per cent growth the previous year.

Chief executive Andrew Rees told analysts in February that the brand’s international business was on track to overtake the US in size in 2026, with Crocs planning to open between 200 and 250 new doors globally across key direct and distributor markets.

The latest UK openings signal that Britain is set to play a bigger role in those ambitions, with Crocs targeting both value-led outlet shoppers and full-price customers as it broadens its physical footprint.
