eCommerce Expo has revealed the full agenda for its 2026 event, with artificial intelligence, intelligent growth and the future of digital commerce set to take centre stage.
The industry event will return to ExCeL London on 23 and 24 September, bringing together more than 10,000 ecommerce professionals and representatives from over 200 organisations.
Speakers confirmed for the two-day event include Asos director of product management Jordy Jordan, UNTUCKit chief product and supply chain officer Björn Bengtsson, HYROX chief growth officer and board member Douglas Gremmen, OpenAI director Hilary Platt, Shopify managing director for EMEA Deann Evans and BT head of ecommerce Duncan Rutherford.
Former England Lionesses Millie Bright and Ellen White will also join the line-up, alongside AI expert Karl Lillrud.
Senior executives from Space NK, Loaf, B&Q, L’Oréal, Amazon and Google are among those due to appear, with sessions expected to cover practical ecommerce case studies as well as strategies for the crucial fourth quarter and peak trading season.
Co-hosted alongside Technology for Marketing and supported by ecommerce trade association IMRG, the event will offer more than 200 hours of content across its programme.
This year will also see the debut of Parcel+Post Expo alongside the two shows, introducing dedicated sessions focused on fulfilment, delivery and the post-purchase customer experience.
Sarah Tully, group event director for eCommerce Expo and Technology for Marketing, said the industry was at a “pivotal moment” as businesses grapple with rapid advances in technology and decide where to invest to drive sustainable growth.
“We’re at a pivotal moment for ecommerce and marketing, with technology advancing at such a pace and businesses facing the challenge of what to focus on to drive growth and be future-proof,” she said.
“eCommerce Expo and Technology for Marketing bring together the people, ideas and technologies shaping what comes next.
“It’s about giving our community the insight, connections and practical knowledge they need to navigate change with confidence and unlock new growth opportunities.”
Registration for the three co-located events is free for qualifying retailers and B2B and B2C brands, with access available under a single ticket.
