Co-op Wholesale is investing in its vape proposition with invoice price cuts of up to 15 per cent and 200 additional products.

The changes will take effect from October 2026 ahead of the wider vaping sector’s preparation for the implementation of Vaping Products Duty.

Co-op Wholesale said the new commercial model will shift value from rebates into lower upfront purchase prices, giving retailers greater transparency and making margins easier to manage.

The wholesaler will also expand its vape range from around 300 to approximately 500 SKUs, adding more than 200 new lines.

“Retailers are navigating significant change within the vape category,” said Co-op Wholesale managing director Katie Secretan.

“This is an opportunity for us to simplify the way we manage the commercial value of vape; from rebate to price, offering our retailers a real opportunity to grow their business.

Secretan added: “We are refreshing our range, to one of the biggest in the wholesale market of over 500 SKUs and investing to deliver some of the best pricing in the market too. We’re going big, to support our retailers at a time that really matters.”
