Nespresso has partnered with French luxury hospitality company, Softiel, to launch a curated experience in select destinations worldwide including London Heathrow Airport.
The ‘Please Disturb’ experience will be available from September 1 to November 26 2026. The concept reimagines Do not Disturb, inviting guests to welcome the outside world in, rather than shut it out.
As part of the collaboration, Softiel will pair one its La Haute Croissanterie crafted pastries with a Nespresso coffee.
Anne-Cécile Degenne, corporate executive chef at Sofitel Hotels and Resorts said: “Partnering with Nespresso for this latest limited-edition run of La Haute Croissanterie has allowed us to elevate one of gastronomy’s most signature pairings, the inimitable café-croissant, into a truly harmonious moment.
“By combining the creativity of our pastry chefs with the expertise of Nespresso’s coffee experts, we have crafted a fresh expression of French art de vivre that guests can enjoy in the privacy of their own room. The final coffee touch adds theatre and flair, celebrating this perfect French pairing and ensuring every element feels uniquely personal.”
Sacha Wittorski, coffee expertise and mixology specialist at Nespresso added: “Coffee holds a special place in every guest journey, and transforming this iconic pairing into an exploration of the senses together with Sofitel’s pastry chefs has been an inspiring collaboration.
“Under our delightfully irreverent ‘Please Disturb’ concept, guests will be able to savor truly unique creations, born from the shared passion and craftsmanship of Sofitel and Nespresso.”
Customers can try a cappuccino mousse brûlée with a crispy honey cream croissant, an oat spicy chocolate coffee and a coffee-choco exotic croissant and a iced orange espresso tonic with a Paris Brest croissant.
