Holland & Barrett has announced it would roll out its “order in store” feature to all of its shops as part of a push to improve its omnichannel offer for customers.

The health and wellbeing retailer is expanding the service across its 700-plus UK stores after a successful trial in 22 outlets in the north.

The roll out means customers will be able to shop the whole Holland & Barrett range from any store in the UK.

Customers can then choose for it to be delivered to any Holland & Barrett store, Parcel Shop, home or any other address in the EU for collection.

Holland & Barrett developed its existing software applications to bring the offer to the stores so staff can make the order through their tills.

The roll out comes after the retailer introduced next-day click and collect to all stores in August, which followed a partnership with InPost where customers could pick up online orders from parcel lockers around country in retail outlets, petrol stations and supermarkets.
