Shoe Zone has appointed Jonathan Fearn as its new chief financial officer, promoting from the finance director position which he held since July last year.
Fearn, 42, will also be given a position on the board of the footwear retailer as part of his promotion.
Both appointments take place with immediate effect.
Prior to Shoe Zone, Fearn worked at Lloyds Pharmacy for 14 years.
