Tesco‘s former learning and development lead Ben Turner has been named human resources director of independent pharmacy chain Well.

The announcement comes as Turner, who is also the former head of HR at Tesco‘s One Stop subsidiary, initially held the role in a six-month interim appointment.

Starting in April, Turner brings to Well 18 years of experience in learning, talent and resourcing, having worked for the last two years as part of chain‘s HR leadership team.
