Converse makes UK store debut at London Designer Outlet

Converse is opening its first standalone store in the UK by moving in to London Designer Outlet, the only fashion outlet shopping centre in the capital.

The opening date of the new Converse store and how big the store would be have not yet been confirmed by the Wembley Park centre.

Joining the Nike-owned brand, famous for its All Star sneakers, in signing long-term leases are Dr. Martens and Vans, which are opening a 1350sq ft and 1800sq ft outlet store respectively.

“Converse and Vans are great additions to the range of top brands [London Designer Outlet] offers and we‘re proud to be the centre of choice for Converse‘s first-ever store in the UK,” leasing director Christine Grace said.

London Designer Outlet is owned by Quintain, as part of its Wembley Park mixed use development, and is managed by Realm, the UK‘s largest specialist outlet operator.
