The parent company of Italian fashion retailer Diesel has appointed Ubaldo Minelli as its new chief executive.
OTB, which also operates Maison Margiela, Marni, Paula Cademartori, Viktor & Rolf, Staff International and Brave Kid, also hired Walgreens Boots Alliance international retail finance boss Carlo Schiavo to take on the role as chief financial officer.
The heads of each of OTB’s brands will report to Minelli, who is replacing Riccardo Stilli after being in the role the past four years.
Minelli is currently chief executive of Staff International, a manufacturing and distribution business he joined 17 years ago.
