Arcadia Group has appointed Mitch Hughes as the new buying and design director for Topman.
Hughes first joined Arcadia in 2015 where he has since been buying director for Burton.
Before that, Hughes worked as buyer for Marks & Spencer for eight years and buying director and buying controller at Matalan for 10 years.
