The Galleries shopping centre in Bristol is reportedly being eyed up by real estate investors LaSalle Investment Management for a price tag of £32 million.
The shopping district has reportedly struggled to attract footfall as well as make sales since its rival shopping centre Cabot Circus opened in central Bristol in 2008.
InfraRed Capital bought The Galleries for £50 million in 2011 for its redevelopment potential, The Sunday Times reports.
The heavily discounted price highlights the difficulties faced by retail landlords.
