Matalan has announced it will open its first store in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, on May 11.
The new 23,000sq ft store will be located at the Mander Shopping Centre, and will offer womenswear, menswear, kidswear and homesware.
Just last month, the fashion value retailer opened a store in Leeds.
Meanwhile, Matalan has posted revenue growth of 4.9 per cent to £308.3 million for the 13 weeks to 24 November.
Full-price sales increased seven per cent year on year for the period.
However, EBITDA decreased 11 per cent to £40 million.

There was a store in wolves before they closed in 2006
This is not the first store, 15 ish years ago they had one about 1 mile from city centre and already have one in WV14

Thank you its about time we have a shop like matalan. They do good kids clothes and there prices are not bad at all.
