Womenswear retailer Jigsaw has appointed former Land Securities, TalkTalk and Glasses Direct executives to its board, following a £20 million rescue deal last year.
Land Security’s former head of finance Despina Don-Wauchope has joined the business as finance director according to filings made at Companies House.

TalkTalk executive Richard Walker and Glasses Direct entrepreneur Jamie Murray Wells have also been drafted on to the board following a major reshuffle in January.
Isabel Spearman and Silvana Rossi have joined the board as brand consultants.
The appointments come after Jigsaw’s former human resources director Toby Foreman replaced Chris Stephenson as the retailer’s interim chief executive in January.
It was reported in January that chairman Charles Atterton would be retiring from the business after more than 20 years at Jigsaw in various roles.
A new chairman to replace Atterton has not yet been revealed.
