Italian furniture retailer Natuzzi has picked Chester for the site of its 25th store in the UK.
Located on Sealand Road in Greyhound Retail Park, less than one mile from the centre of Chester, Natuzzi has agreed a new 10 year lease for a 5184sq ft store that was formerly occupied by Frankie & Benny’s.
The store will trade under the Natuzzi Editions fascia when it opens in autumn.
The retailer was represented by real estate firm Savills.
“In spite of the economic challenges caused by Covid-19, Natuzzi continues to progress with its expansion plans, which is testament to the strength of the brand and the performance of its existing stores in key locations throughout the UK,” Savills associate director Catherine Barnard said.
“Greyhound Retail Park is a leading destination for furniture retailers in the Chester area and will make a fantastic addition to Natuzzi’s growing store portfolio.”
