Frasers Group has revealed plans to open 15 new Flannels stores over the next five years, spearheaded by the fashion group’s head of elevation Michael Murray.
Flannels will launch three new flagship stores next year in Sheffield, Leicester and Liverpool.
The upcoming Liverpool store is set to open in autumn next year which will span 120,000sq ft across seven floors, and will feature the chain’s first beauty hall.

“We recognise Liverpool as a powerhouse of culture and style – it’s a symbiotic home for Flannels,” Murray said.
“While the idea of the ‘regional divide’ is dead, we recognise that communities are welcoming exciting, much-needed additions to their high streets with open arms.
“Liverpool is the fifth-largest retail centre in the country and, in our opinion, underserved – we’ll be the first and only multi-category destination to mark the city.
“The market has an unmatched appetite for the type of luxury we do best; we’re incredibly excited to deliver a world-class experience to the city and have no doubts on the success of our strategy.”
Each of the retailer’s new stores will be more than 30,000sq ft in size and comprise its luxury and contemporary clothing range alongside new offerings including a beauty hall, a gym and a restaurant.
Last year, Flannels opened a £10 million flagship store in London’s Oxford Street, which was the retailer’s 45th store in the UK.
