Dunelm appoints Kelly Devine as non-exec director

The homewares retailer Dunelm has announced that it has appointed Karen Witts as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Homeware retailer, Dunelm, has appointed Kelly Devine as a non-executive director.

Devine will join the board on 1 March 2022, and will be a member of the audit and risk, remuneration and nominations committees.

Currently, she holds the position of UK president of Mastercard, where she has overseen significant market share expansion and  business diversification.

Prior to joining Mastercard in 2015, she held senior positions at American Express between 2005 and 2015.

She has also worked as an economics consultant with PwC for two years from 2003.

“I am very pleased to welcome Kelly to Dunelm,” chairman Andy Harrison said.

“Her experience in the fast changing international payments industry, driven by technology, changing consumer behaviour and the power of data will strengthen our board as we accelerate our multichannel growth.”
