Luxury New York fashion brands Alice + Olivia and Veronica Beard are set to open London flagship stores on Bruton Street in Mayfair.
Contemporary clothing brand Alice + Olivia will open its first London store at 25 Bruton Street while womenswear brand Veronica Beard will become their neighbour at number 27 Bruton Street.
Bruton Street is already home to luxury brands such as Isabel Marant, Asprey, Kenzo, Maison Margiela, and Elie Saab.

Property firm Astrea secured the new store openings and were advised by Hanover Green Retail and Cushman & Wakefield.
Astrea asset management director Sam Jones said: “We are delighted to welcome two new vibrant and exciting brands to Bruton Street in Alice + Olivia and Veronica Beard. Their fantastic new flagship stores will further secure Bruton Street’s growing reputation as a leading luxury retail destination in the heart of Mayfair.”
Hanover Green Retail partner Ben Selwyn said the signings showed that London has remained a key focus for luxury and premium brands.
“Despite the challenging market, Bruton Street has shown continued strength as a prime retail pitch, and we are delighted to be bringing two new London flagships to the street’’.
