PrettyLittleThing has officially launched its resale marketplace app PLT Marketplace, with the UK being its first market.

The app is a move away from the retailer who specialises in fast fashion products, allowing users to sell and purchase clothes from both PrettyLittleThing and other brands.

PrettyLittleThing’s Creative Director Molly-Mae Hague revealed the plans back in February, with the retailer set roll out the app to international markets by the end of the year.

At the time, Hague said the business has grand plans to disrupt the fashion industry with a move that wouldn’t be expected from Prettylittlething.

On the PLT Instagram page, the company said: “Introducing PLT Marketplace. The buying and selling community allowing you to sell on the clothes you no longer wear or buy & shop for something new to you.

“With preloved and second-hand pieces from the biggest and best women & men’s clothing brands in the shopping sphere, you can find your style whatever you’re into. UK DOLLS are you ready to join the movement? Download the PLT Marketplace app now, Link is in our BIO #PLTMarketplace”.
