Apple has reopened its Westfield London store in Shepherds Bush a year after it moved out for a major makeover.

The technology giant, which has more than 500 stores worldwide, had been operating out of a smaller temporary space at the shopping centre while the work was underway.

The 260-person strong store team collectively speak over 40 languages including Japanese, French, Hebrew, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese Mandarin, Somali and Urdu and comprise 54 nationalities.

Apple senior director of retail in Europe Wendy Beckman said: “We’re thrilled to open the all-new Apple White City where customers can discover our latest products, unlock their creativity in a Today at Apple session, and receive personalized support from our incredible team,

“This beautiful new store has been reimagined from the ground up to provide an amazing space for our team members to connect with the local community just in time for holiday.”
