TK Maxx has transformed its Wembley store into a Taylor Swift-inspired haven as fans celebrate the singer’s Eras Tour coming to London this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The retailer said the revamped store, which is open until 23 June, features “vibrant window displays which celebrate the fans’ love of all things Taylor”, ideal for those looking for photo opportunities.
Tomorrow (21 June), its Wembley store will be turning into a friendship bracelet trading hub for her fans, who swap the items with one another at her gigs, with some being handed out for free at the store, enabling Swifties to add to their collection.
Officials claimed this week that the final UK shows of the Eras Tour are expected to boost the economy by £300m, Sky News reported.
Back in March, TK Maxx announced it would be open its second flagship store on Oxford Street later this year.
The retailer has signed a lease for a 22,500sq ft unit at Mount Royal at 508/540 Oxford Street, which includes a 70ft frontage on the busy shopping road.
Spread across two floors, the new store will complement its first Oxford Street store, which is located to the west of Oxford Circus tube station.
