M&S has confirmed that its Sparks loyalty scheme is back online, almost three months after it was forced to shut down parts of the business following a cyber attack.
The fashion and home retailer said that it was offering a range of treats and rewards across fashion and home as a “thank you” to its customers.
M&S said its coffee stamp scheme will soon be reinstated across its UK cafes, granting customers who have collected their six stamps a free coffee in their hub to redeem during their next visit.
The retailer will be giving out more than 1.8 million birthday treats to customers who celebrated this month, and a belated treat for shoppers who had birthdays in May or June.
Customers will be able to choose between one of two of its bestselling food products, including Percy Pigs or a Swiss truffle assortment box.
M&S will also raise its staff discount from 20% to 30% this weekend for four days to be used across fashion, home and beauty, including its third-party brands.
For the first time outside of Christmas, it will also extend its 10% discount to more than 2,500 contractors from across its supply chain and partners.
M&S director of loyalty, fashion, home and beauty Sharry Cramond said: “Over the last three months, our colleagues have demonstrated real commitment and teamwork.
“At the same time, our customers have shown us fantastic support and loyalty. These extra Sparks rewards are a small gesture to say thank you.”
M&S has been steadily restoring parts of the business in recent weeks, and reopened its online careers website at the start of the week.
