Frozen food retailer Iceland Foods has introduced its “first-ever” Customer Choice Award, celebrating “outstanding colleagues” across its operations.
Customers will be able to nominate a staff member from their local Iceland or The Food Warehouse store from today (16 February) until 8 March.
The new scheme will be promoted across its portfolio of stores nationwide.
It will be sponsored by frozen potato product supplier Agristo, and the winner will be selected at Iceland’s ‘Doing it Right Awards’, which will take place later this year.

Lord Richard Walker, executive chairman of Iceland Foods said: “Doing the right thing means listening to our customers and recognising the people who make their shopping experience better every day.

“The Customers’ Choice Awards gives our customers a real voice in celebrating our colleagues, and that matters – because what our customers think genuinely shapes how we run Iceland.”
