Fashion brand AllSaints has restructured its head office operations to help fuel future growth.
The business is understood to have cut less than 20 roles across its design and merchandising teams based out of its Shoreditch headquarters in east London.
“We have made a number of changes to our operations and structures in order to ensure that AllSaints is positioned as strongly as possible for the many future growth opportunities that we see in front of us,” a spokesperson told the Retail Gazette.
“Very regrettably, these changes have entailed a small number of redundancies. This was a difficult but necessary decision, and we have done everything that we can to support all affected colleagues throughout the process.”
As part of the restructure, AllSaints is thought to have created more than a dozen jobs across its design, buying, digital and customer experience teams.
The brand saw its operating profit jump 40% to £39.9m in the year to 3 February 2024, as sales rose from £457m at £459.5m.
