Russell & Bromley has revealed actress Billie Piper as the face of its autumn/winter 25 campaign.
The move marks the luxury footwear retailer’s first celebrity ambassadorship, as well as the debut collection under its creative director, Daniel Beardsworth-Shaw, who joined the brand in June 2024.
The first instalment of its campaign, named Cobblers, was revealed on 1 September and references the retailer’s footwear manufacturing heritage and the nursery rhyme of the woman who lived in a shoe.
The second part, called House of Fab, is set to be revealed in November, and will centre around occasion footwear.
The campaign was shot by photographer Brendan Freeman.
Beardsworth-Shaw said: “I’m incredibly proud to introduce Billie as the face of our AW25 campaign and my debut collection for Russell & Bromley.
“She embodies the spirit of modern British style with such ease and individuality, and brings a sense of energy, confidence and charm that feels completely in tune with where we’re headed. Billie couldn’t be a more fitting choice.”
He continued: “Since joining the business, my focus has been on evolving the brand with purpose, building on our heritage while designing for a new generation. Billie brings that vision to life with real personality.”
Russell & Bromley unveiled a five-year turnaround plan in February, aimed at returning it to long-term growth.
The “re-boot” focuses on five key pillars: brand & product, people, growth & expansion, marketing, and operations.
