Lidl receives Top Employer 2026 award

German retailer Lidl has once again been certified as a “Top Employer”.

Lidl has also received the Enterprise Seal, underlining the consistently high standards and quality processes for exemplary HR management at an international level across 31 countries.

The Top Employers Institute is the global institution for certification of outstanding working conditions.

Each year it selects the best employers around the world.



Founded three decades ago, the Top Employers Institute this year certified 2,300 Top Employers in 122 countries/regions, on five continents.

Stephanie Rogers, Chief People Officer at Lidl GB said: “The Top Employer 2026 award is confirmation of our high quality standards as an employer. This recognition makes us proud and we view it as a promise: Every day, we give our all to create an environment in which our employees can grow, develop their skills and reach new heights together with us.
