Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences is set to open the UK’s largest official Harry Potter store on 4 November 2026.
The shop will be located at The Ribbon, 134–140 Oxford Street, and will span more than 21,000 sq ft across two levels of retail space.
The company said the London flagship will be based on Diagon Alley, and will include themed retail areas, food and beverage space, and exclusive merchandise.
Karl Durrant, senior vice president of retail at Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences, said: “Following the success of our Harry Potter shops around the globe, opening the Harry Potter Shop in London is a truly special milestone. We’re incredibly proud to bring the magic back to the city where Harry Potter’s story began.”

It will include a Leaky Cauldron food and beverage area [pictured above] and a Diagon Alley-inspired layout. There will be a Gringotts area with a Ukrainian Ironbelly Dragon installation, and a full-sized Knight Bus towards the rear of the store.
The Oxford Street store will carry exclusive products, including a Diagon Alley wand, an Oxford Street Harry Potter Funko Pop, an Oxford Street collection, MinaLima artwork inspired by the Knight Bus and Diagon Alley, and a Butterbeer label collection.
Durrant called on Harry Potter fans to “step inside and you’ll feel as though you’ve walked straight into Diagon Alley”.
He added: “Every detail has been designed to transport fans into the wizarding world. Whether you’re local to London or visiting from afar, we can’t wait to welcome fans through our doors this November.”
London already hosts a smaller Harry Potter retail outlet at King’s Cross station, alongside the well-known Platform 9¾ photo installation, while Warner Bros also operates the Warner Bros Studio Tour in Leavesden.
Globally, the franchise has dedicated retail stores in cities including New York, Chicago and Tokyo.
